Delivery - Domestic:
Ocean Active delivery times are approximate as follows:

Eastern States 2 - 3 Business Days
WA & Remote Areas (including TAS) 3 - 5 Business Days

 

Shipping - Domestic:

For orders Australia-wide a flat-rate shipping fee of $20.00 will be charged.

Shipping fees for returns and exchanges Australia-wide are to be paid for by the customer as detailed below.

Ocean Active Hardware - Return & Exchange Policies

Returns:

Ocean Active Hardware offers a 15-day money-back guarantee for any online purchase if you are not totally satisfied with your items.  The 15-day time period is determined from the date of purchase.  For further information about returns, please email Ocean Active Hardware at admin@oceanactive.com.au.

Please note that returns will only be authorised if:

  • Return requests are made within the 15-day money back guarantee from the date of purchase
  • Proof of purchase is supplied
  • The item or items to be returned are unused and undamaged
  • The item or items to be returned are in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging and all hanging tags are attached


Please also note that:

  • Return postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer
  • Ocean Active Hardware recommends using a registered mail system, retaining parcel tracking information, and pre-paying all postage
  • The customer assumes any risk of goods being lost, stolen or damaged during transit
  • Ocean Active Hardware reserve's the right to refuse a refund and may return the items to you if your return does not comply with our policy.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the purchasing cardholder
  • Refunds will not be accepted under any condition if you fail to meet the policy procedures above

 

Exchanges:

Ocean Active Hardware offers a 30-day exchange period for any online purchase.  The 30-day time period is determined from the date of purchase.  Please email Ocean Active Hardware at admin@oceanactive.com.au for further information about exchanges.

Please note that exchanges will only be authorised if:

  • Exchange requests are made within the 30-day exchange period from the date of purchase
  • Proof of purchase is supplied
  • The item or items to be exchanged are unused and undamaged
  • The item or items to be exchanged are in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging and all hanging tags are attached


Please also note that:

  • Return postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer

Please note: Ocean Active Hardware products purchased from a retail store are subject to the refund and exchange policies of that merchant.  Please contact the retailer where products were purchased for further details.


Ocean Active Hardware - Warranties

Ocean Active Hardware's products are guaranteed from any hidden defects due to manufacturing flaws that make them unfit for use.  Please contact Ocean Active Hardware's Customer Service Team via email and include a description of the warranty issue:  admin@oceanactive.com.au.

Ocean Active Hardware's Customer Service Team will advise where to send warranty claimed items.  Please note that the original invoice must also be included with the product.  Please also be aware that the customer will be responsible for the expense of sending the warranty item to the advised address.  Ocean Active Hardware will send, at its expense, a replacement product free from hidden defects in exchange unless there is a stock shortage.

In the case of stock shortage, the customer shall be eligible for a refund for the initial product or a different replacement product of equal value.
